NIFT Srinagar Admission 2024: The application process for admission to the UG and PG courses is to open soon. The entrance exam is scheduled to be held in the 1st week of February 2024.
NIFT Srinagar courses are offered at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the fields of design and management. There are a total of three UG and one PG programme offered here. The NIFT Srinagar fees range from Rs 5.86 lakh to Rs 12.34 lakh (tuition). The semester fees vary for each year.

The NIFT Srinagar course admissions are determined by the candidate's academic merit from their previous qualifying examinations, along with valid entrance test scores. The Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT) are conducted for admission to the UG and PG courses.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Srinagar was established in 2016. It was established by the Ministry of Textile, Govt of India. It is a public institute located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. The institute is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The NIFT Srinagar campus is well maintained and has necessary amenities such as classrooms, laboratories, resource centre, sports facilities, etc.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will release the final answer key for the NIFT 2025 entrance exam, held on February 9, 2025, shortly. To be released in the fourth week of April, the answer key will provide transparency prior to result announcement. It will be available on the official NIFT website and NTA portal.
The NTA will soon upload the NIFT 2025 Answer Key on nift.ac.in. Candidates may download the answer key response sheet and question paper to estimate their scores. In case of discrepancies, they can also raise objections by paying ₹500 per objection, which will then be refunded if valid. The final answer key will be updated accordingly.
The NIFT 2025 entrance exam will be conducted on February 9, 2025, at 9 AM across 91 centers in 81 cities. Candidates must carry their admit card, original photo ID, and two additional photographs. Electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited, and late entry is not allowed. It is recommended to reach at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid any last-minute hassles.
NTA is conducting the NIFT Entrance Examination across 91 centres in 81 cities nationwide on February 9, 2025. Downloading their admit card from the official NTA website is required, and then strictly go through the given guidelines. While sitting for the test, they will have to bring an appropriate valid photo identity, such as an Aadhaar Card at the reporting center to establish authenticity, thus completing all the required procedures and sitting time before sitting for the exam.
The National Testing Agency has published the NIFT 2025 entrance exam admit card. The examination for this entrance is scheduled for February 9, 2025. Candidates can download their respective admit cards from the official website of the NTA by putting in their application number and date of birth. The admit card is to be carried along with a valid ID proof and an undertaking on the day of the exam.
The National Testing Agency will soon release the NIFT 2025 Admit Card and City Intimation Slip at exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT. The city intimation slip will be released initially, carrying the exam details of the city in which the candidate would be appearing. Next, the admit card carrying complete details of the exam centre will be issued. Candidates are required to download both at exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT.
The application correction window for NIFT 2025 is available from January 10-12, 2025, on exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT. All registered candidates can make changes in their personal details, contact information, category, qualifications, and upload updated photographs/signatures. No changes will be accepted after the deadline. The NIFT 2025 exam is scheduled for February 9, 2025, with GAT (CBT mode) and CAT (PBT mode) tests.
The NIFT 2025 application window with a late fee of ₹5000 is open from January 7-9, 2025. The application fee is ₹3000. The application correction window will be available from January 10-12, 2025, according to the NTA schedule. NIFT 2025 offers admissions to programs like B.Des, M.Des, B.F.Tech, M.F.Tech, and M.F.M in participating colleges.
NIFT 2025 last date for registration is today, January 6, 2025.Late registrations are open from January 7–9, 2025 with a late fee of ₹5,000. The exam scheduled on February 9, 2025 is for GAT (CBT) and CAT (PBT). Fees: ₹3,000 for General category and ₹1,500 for Reserved category. Corrections allowed on January 10–12, 2025. Last dates open for registering till February 28, 2025 for Artisan and PhD categories.

The NIFT Srinagar admission process requires students to take the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT) conducted by the institute.
